Pursuant to the articles ART. 52 OF Legislative Decree No. 21/2014 (Consumer Code), the buyer has a term of 14 days, starting from the day of delivery of the order, to withdraw from the product purchase contract, without having to pay penalties .

In case of failure to exercise the right of withdrawal within the aforementioned 14-day period, the order is considered definitive and no refund can be made.

In order to obtain a refund, the buyer must send the unused product to the seller, sealed in its original and intact packaging, together with the return note ( download the return note ) and the purchase invoice sent by email at the time of the purchase, at:

In compliance with the provisions of article 59, lett. c) and d) of the Consumer Code, the Consumer Purchaser cannot exercise the right of withdrawal for products made to measure or clearly personalized or which are likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly. Furthermore, you cannot exercise the withdrawal in relation to sealed products that do not lend themselves to being returned for hygienic or health protection reasons and that have been opened after delivery (Article 59 letter e) of the Consumer Code.

The only costs payable by the Consumer Purchaser for exercising the right of withdrawal are the direct costs of returning the goods, as provided for by article 57, paragraph 1, of the Consumer Code.

Once the withdrawal request has been received, Zago srl will refund the entire amount paid by the consumer Buyer within fourteen days from the date on which the consumer Buyer exercised the right of withdrawal, by crediting the current account used at time of purchase, or using the bank details provided by the Consumer Purchaser with the notice of withdrawal and in any case using the same payment method used by the Consumer Purchaser at the time of purchase.

Zago srl will refund the customer the full amount already paid for the product within 14 days of receipt of the return form containing the decision to exercise the right of withdrawal. The Seller reserves the right to withhold the refund until it has received the goods for the appropriate checks, in any case no later than 30 days from the date of receipt of the return form.

If, on the other hand, the methods, conditions and terms for exercising the right of withdrawal are not respected, as specified in article 59 of the consumer code, the Consumer Purchaser will not be entitled to a refund of the sums already paid. In this case, the consumer Purchaser will be able to get back, at his own expense, the product in the state in which it was returned to Zago srl . Otherwise, Zago srl will be able to keep the returned products, in addition to all the sums already paid by the Consumer Purchaser for the related purchase. Shipping and transport costs are charged to the Buyer.
