1. DELIVERY AND RECEPTION
A) DELIVERY METHODS
Once the order has been received, it is packaged and sent to the forwarding agent who will deliver to the address notified by the buyer within the established time.
If the buyer is not at home at the time of delivery, the shipper will leave a notice of passage in the letterbox with information about how to collect the goods.

At the moment there is no provision for shipping in countries outside the European Community but, in case of need, you can firstname.lastname@example.org e-mail address for more information.
Shipping times: 1-2 working days from the date of dispatch for shipments to the peninsula. For shipments to Sicily, Sardinia and Calabria it may take up to 3 working days.
Working days: Monday to Friday, excluding Italian public holidays.
- C) DELAY IN DELIVERY
ZAGO srl is not responsible for delays or delivery problems due to events beyond its control or under shipper responsibility. In case of delays, the buyer is requested to contact customer service at email@example.com e-mail address. It will be seller’s concern to contact the shipper for checking the order status.
In case the delivery has not yet been received within 30 days of the order procession, the buyer can exercise the right of withdrawal by contacting customer service at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- D) RECEPTION
When the shipper certifies the package has been delivered to the buyer, it is considered as completed.
The buyer has the responsibility to check the delivery integrity before signing the receipt. In the event that the buyer finds anomalies in the packaging, he can proceed with the withdrawal with reserve or refuse the withdrawal by filling in the appropriate complaint. In this case the buyer is required to promptly contact the customer service at the e-mail address email@example.com, attaching a copy of the complaint sent to the carrier.
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
According to the articles ART. 52 OF LEGISLATIVE DECREE N. 21/2014 (Consumer Code), the buyer has a term of 14 days, starting from the day of delivery of the order, to withdraw from the purchase contract of the products, without having to pay penalties .
In case of failure to exercise the right of withdrawal within the 14-day deadline mentioned above, the order is considered final and no refund can be made.
In order to obtain a refund, the buyer must send the unused product to the seller, in its original and undamaged packaging, together with the delivery note and the purchase invoice.
To exercise the right of withdrawal and return of the products our customer service, which can be contacted at the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org, will provide the purchaser with all the necessary information and the delivery note to be filled out and attached to the shipment.
